China Liberal Enters into RMB25 Million Purchase
CLEU stated on September 9, 2021, the Company signed a formal acquisition and sale deal with Beijing Cloud Class Technology Co., Ltd. It is a talent incubator platform for technical innovation and creative industries in China.
Moreover, the Company agrees to sell 100 AI-Space machines to BCCT for the construction and upgrade of about 100 smart classrooms at universities and colleges. BCCT will pay RMB25 million for the machines in exchange.
CLEU Cooperates with Enterprises
CLEU revealed that the company has partnered with several businesses to give internship and career opportunities to graduates.
On August 24, 2021, Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd. in Tianjin had an internship interview for more than 200 students nominated by the Company. The Fuyao Group is a big international corporation that specializes in automotive safety and industrial technical glass. Fortunately, 130 students out of 200 passed the first round of interviews.
CLEU enters into Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Provide Smart Kindergarten Solutions
On August 11, 2021, CLEU announced that it had signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Boya Shoushan Kindergarten. Firstly, the Company promises to offer Boya full smart kindergarten solutions, including data management and kindergarten facility renovation.
Secondly, kindergarten portal, attendance, and temperature measurement management are the key areas of the Company’s smart kindergarten solutions.
Lastly, the company uses cutting-edge technology to create a single platform that collects fundamental data from all elements of kindergarten administration.
China Liberal Provides Straits Institute of Minjiang University
CLEU stated on 4th August 2021 that it will supply smart campus solutions to SIMU under a contract signed in July 2021. Furthermore, the smart campus solutions’ system installation and testing processes have been finished.
In addition, SIMU uses China Liberal’s self-developed all-in-one machine AI-Space for virtual online education. Teachers may teach remotely using Tencent conference, ZOOM, Teams, and other technologies for students. Last but not the least, teachers may utilize the AI-Space audio-visual control integrated machine management to manage all classroom equipment.
