How Did The ALPP Stock Remain Stable In The Last Session? - Stocks Telegraph

At the previous close, stock of leading operator and owner of small market businesses, Alpine 4 Holdings Inc [OTCQB: ALPP] stock was almost unchanged at $3.3500, rising just 0.30%. Volume for Alpine 4 stock was 528.14K versus a 30-day Average Volume of 776.44K. The ALPP stock value ranged from $0.0335 to $9.4900 during the last 52 weeks. ALPP stock has stabilized following the filing of a securities fraud complaint.

How did that complaint come about?

In its DSF business model of Drivers, Stabilizers, and Facilitators, Alpine 4 acquires businesses that fit into the company’s disruptive business model. Ultimately, ALPP understands the importance of innovation and technology in an organization. Despite the fact that brick-and-mortar companies use new technologies, ALPP focuses on how they can drive innovation.

Last week, Alpine 4 announced that it and several other shareholders had filed a lawsuit.

      • The lawsuit against FIN CAPITAL LLC and GRIZZLY RESEARCH LLC was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
      • ALPP alleged that Fin Cap and Grizzly engaged in securities fraud, tortious interference with business expectations, and defamation of character for disseminating false and misleading statements about Alpine 4 to manipulate stock prices to profit from their investment.
      • ALPP and its shareholders allege that Grizzly communicated false, misleading, and unsubstantiated short reports on ALPP through Siegfried Eggert, Grizzly’s principal, and social media platforms and media contacts on March 10, 2021.
      • The Fin Cap CEO, Brian Finn, allegedly posted strikingly similar disinformation through social media platforms, including links to Grizzly’s unverified, untrue report.
      • Details of both ALPP’s and certain shareholders’ allegations demonstrate how these reports by these individuals and their companies are false and misleading, and thus defamatory.

      What dose ALPP’s CEO think?

Kent Wilson, CEO of ALPP, claimed that the company, its employees, and shareholders were being personally attacked. Alpine 4 (ALPP) is not going to sit on its hands. ALPP’s lawsuit is its way to hold the individuals and organizations responsible for the acts they have committed.
