PetVivo Holdings Inc. is a biomedical device start-up specializing in the development, marketing, and licensing of novel medical devices and treatments for animals.

Joe Manning, DVM, has been hired as a Senior Technical Veterinarian at PetVivo Holdings, according to the company.

Dr. Manning has more than 30 years of veterinary experience in the Animal Health Industry, where he has served in different capacities as a practicing veterinarian and as a valuable addition to the development and marketing of therapeutic veterinary products. He has worked for businesses including Merck Animal Health, Animal Health International, Vetoquinol-USA, and Dechra Veterinary Products in product development, regulatory counseling, technical sales, marketing, and supply chain management.

He has worked in both local and foreign product development and commercialization positions. Dr. Manning’s expertise managing some of the most well-known veterinary product businesses offers a lot of knowledge to PetVivo. Dr. Manning graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in veterinary science, a doctorate in veterinary medicine, as well as a master’s degree in business administration from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business.
