      The stock price of Bloom Energy Corporation (BE) closed the recent trading session at $15.49, 3.37% lower than the previous trading session. The stock gained 5.81% to $16.39 in the after-hours. The company announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2021. Bloom Energy also filed form 8-K with the SEC to report a major event.

      On February 10, 2022, BE announced the financial results of the fourth quarter of FY21, which ended on December 31, 2021. The revenue of Bloom energy increased by 37.3% from $249.3 million in the fourth quarter of FY20 to $342.5 million in Q4 of the fiscal year 2021. The company announced its gross profit for Q4 of FY21 to be $68.7 million against $63.6 million in the same quarter of the fiscal year 2022. The loss per share of BE in Q4 of the financial year 2021 was $0.05 as compared to $0.08 in the same quarter last year. The adjusted EBITDA for Q4 of FY21 was $18.6 million in comparison to $25.5 million in the same quarter of FY20.

      The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bloom Energy Corporation, KR Sridhar, said that this was a great quarter for Bloom energy with almost $1 billion in income. He added that they are ready to profit with the demand for clean energy, decarbonization, and the growth of hydrogen and sustainable fuel.

      The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Bloom Energy, Greg Cameron, said that the company is in an exceptional position financially and operationally. He further said that they have a team, products, policy, and a track record to execute their plan for growth.
